Once you are on the website of Form Assembly, make sure you click on the section which states “sign up.” Do you see sign up? A new page will emerge when you click on sign up. Please sign up for a free account with Form Assembly if you truly want to create a web contact form now.
Make sure you are signed into your account. Click on “create a new form” if you want to create a contact form, get a HTML code and paste it into a page of a website you are building.
You will be taken to a new page if you literally click on the link. Basically, close the page which shows you how to create a form. Click on unnamed form immediately.
